My Review

This story has everything, told through a witty and engaging writing style every step of the way. I loved the plot of this book because it strikes a good balance between suspense of a crime thriller/ mystery and romance. I liked that Sloane’s personal conflicts this adds tension as she purists something’s.
You truly feel for her as she navigates her new independent identiy even when insecrites threaten to get the better of her. I loved the conplexties of what she went through and it made for a wonderful emotional element with the intrique of mystery solving. And I can’t wait to read more of this series and the next installemnt .

Astrid Arditi was born from a French father and Swedish mother. She lived in Paris and Rome before moving to London with her husband and daughter back in 2013.
After dabbling in journalism, interning at Glamour magazine, and teaching kindergarten, Arditi returned to her first love: writing.
She now splits her time between raising her kids (a brand new baby boy just joined the family) and making up stories.
